Boizel have been making champagne for over 160 years in the village of Eperney and to this day the house is run by the founding family. Christophe and Evelyne Roques-Boizel now oversee the time-honoured traditions in the production of this sensational Champagne.

Produced only in years of high maturity, this Brut nature is the result of a 37 % Chardonnay, 50 % Pinot Noir and 13 % Pinot Meunier blend.
No additional liqueur is added to “round” the wine after disgorgement: it is therefore the aim to obtain a very pure and subtle harmony and then allow the cuvee to rest and age slowly in the cellars for a longer time than other blends.
