Boizel have been making champagne for over 160 years in the village of Eperney and to this day the house is run by the founding family. Christophe and Evelyne Roques-Boizel now oversee the time-honoured traditions in the production of this sensational Champagne.

This pure Chardonnay is a blend of Premiers and Grands Crus, from the Côte des Blancs. In addition to the grapes of the last harvest up to 20% of reserve Chardonnay is added.
