This lager is brewed by double fermentation, with Saaz hops for subtle bitterness ; rich in taste but still light on the palate it is a good thirst quencher. Totally delightful as an après-ski drink in front of the fire-place, this beer, will fully develop its malt and liquorice aromas if served at 7 to 9°C

Mont Blanc Brewery is more than 180 years old. At the beginning of the 20th century, ice from the nearby glaciers was used to cool fermentation cellars.All Mont Blanc beers are brewed from Mont Blanc glacial water. An exclusive high altitude water catchment on the slopes of Mont Blanc provides the brewery with pure and unaltered water for its delicate recipes.
