Terms & Conditions

Prices
   
  We do everything we can to keep the prices on our website up to date.

If there has been an increase in price (which is highly unlikely) of any item we shall contact you before proceeding with your order.
   
Product Substitution
   
  Due to the nature of some of our products they are not all available all the time. If this is the case we shall offer a suitable alternative although we never do this without contacting you first.
   
Defective Goods
   
  Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery if you are unhappy with any of the products ordered.

We will do our best to rectify any problems you have as quickly as possible.
   
Delivery
   
  We despatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for delivery the following day.

Your order will be despatched the day after you place your order with us, and delivered the day after that – ie orders placed on a Monday will be despatched on Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday etc. The exception to this is orders placed on Thursday/Friday/Saturday or Sunday. These will be despatched on the Monday to arrive on Tuesday. Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost – please contact us for a quote.

We use careful and reliable couriers and do our very best to ensure that your order arrives with you on the day we say it will. If you have not received your order by 3pm on the day of delivery please phone us.

For large orders or date sensitive orders do please give us as much notice as possible.

Please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery.

We regret we are unable to leave parcels without a signature and we cannot be responsible for the condition of the goods if no one is available at the delivery address to receive them.
   
Remote Areas
   
  Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain parts of the UK, for example the Scottish Islands and remoter areas of the Highlands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

Also, we do not deliver anywhere else outside mainland Great Britain. This is because we need to offer a next day delivery service to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. There are occasions when this is not necessary (for example if you are ordering wine with no cheese), so if you feel that we can deliver to you, please do not hestitate to contact us and we shall do our best to help.

Our couriers also change their operating areas and capabilities from time to time and it is possible that whereas once they could not offer a next day service, they may well be able to now.

If you feel that you do not live in a "remote" location but the website has said that you do, please contact us and we shall see what we can do!
   
Contacting You
   
  We may email you from time to time with promotional offers. Please let us know if you would prefer not to receive these. We shall never pass your details on to anyone else.
   
   
  These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
