Product Information

Our Foie Gras comes from Duperier who are one of the finest producers of Foie Gras in Bordeaux. They are suppliers to many of France's Michelin star restaurants as well as to Raymond Blanc here in the UK. It and has rich musky flavour. It is best eaten slightly chilled, but not straight from the fridge and sliced with a warm knife. Serve on toasted brioche with some deliciously sweet Sauternes.
