Containing the finest Goose breast and fat with only a little salt and pepper. Deliciously rich and gamey this Rillette is stunning on freshly toasted thick sliced bread or through a salad.

Duperier are based in the south-east corner of Bordeaux and are suppliers of Foie Gras to some of France's best Michelin star chefs. Their pâté and cassoulet are among the finest we have tasted and contain only fresh ingredients with no flavourings or additives.
