Product Information

Traditional duck rillette made from only the meat, fat, salt and pepper. A deliciously simple dish but requires the right duck to make it taste as good as this!

Duperier are based in the south-east corner of Bordeaux and are suppliers of Foie Gras to some of France's best Michelin star chefs. Their pâté and cassoulet are among the finest we have tasted and contain only fresh ingredients with no flavourings or additives.
