Pâté of poultry and pork shoulder with the sweet spicy addition of Piments d'Espelette peppers. These mild chili peppers were introduced to France from Mexico in the 16th century and have become a staple part of the cooking from the Basque.

Duperier are based in the south-east corner of Bordeaux and are suppliers of Foie Gras to some of France's best Michelin star chefs. Their pâté and cassoulet are among the finest we have tasted and contain only fresh ingredients with no flavourings or additives.
