Product Information

Napoléon is said to have been partial to this smooth, pungent, washed rind cheese made in Burgundy, with a creamy yellow paste. The rind is washed in salted water for three weeks, then in white wine or Marc de Bourgogne for a further two to three weeks. Delicious with raisin bread, as the little touch of sweetness offsets the full flavours of Epoisses.
