A rare Swiss cheese amongst our selection, traditionally, Gruyère has been produced on both sides of the Alps and the milk is selected from cows exclusively in the Canton of Gruyère, fed just with non treated grass and straw. The cheese is matured for 5 to 16 months or more, to give it a full developed taste, fruity and salty flavour.
