Established in 1837, Arnaud Soubeyran is today the oldest active nougat producer in Montelimar. Today, more than ever, in an economic environment based on industrialisation, the whole Arnaud Soubeyran team strive to keep their artisan identity and preserve the close relationship with their Provencal producers, on whom the quality of the raw ingredients depends.
